You certainly have my sympathies; we're going on 4 months without an offer on ours here.

I have been worried about the economy for awhile now; certainly no offense taken here. The mess that the economy is in right now is huge and scary. We're certainly weighing renting if our house sells, staying put and saving up to rent our place out later once we've amassed a down payment, etc. Interesting times for sure. I'm really glad you and your DH were able to get through this whole situation so far really well!! I know how much that means to you. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14143160.post-31223547193008654552009-03-03T06:53:00.000-06:002009-03-03T06:53:00.000-06:00I'm sorry to hear about the job drama. Best of luck to you.

Went and looked at your class choices. It just makes me grateful to be an "employee" now in a company that has lot of contractors - I would be even more nervous if I were still a contractor.

I think you're on the right track with your thoughts on housing. We are hoping to buy this year, but we are looking to build the cheapest house possible so that the mortgage payment is low. We will make larger payments while the glint is good, so to speak.Susan @ Real Girl Designshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04668012534706415927noreply@blogger.com
