Yep, today is my birthday. I'm 33, which has to be about the most ho-hum number yet. Not doing too much for my birthday this year - we went to TGIFridays for dinner last night and Katie did NOT have a meltdown, so that was a pretty good present! :) I had the fajitas, which despite the slightly stale tortillas were actually quite good. hrm, I am sooo boring.
Since it was my birthday weekend, and the first weekend of the month, which is Mirabilia Stitch-a-long, and March is mermaid month and all, I decided to spend the whole weekend stitching just what I wanted to stitch - which was my Mermaid themed Mira Round Robin. I would have liked to finish her face, but I ran out of 948. That wouldn't have been so terrible except that the first two craft stores I stopped at to get some more were out! Finally snagged some at an out-of-the-way craft store next to Alex's dentist today when I took him for his appointment. So she will have a chin shortly. :) I'm going to spend the rest of my birthday stitching time continuing with her before I have to go back to those wretched baby blankets!

I hope you had a great birthday. Your round robin looks like it will be smashing!
Well Happy Birthday!! I love your Mira idea. I just got this chart and have been thinking of starting her. She's already looking beautiful.
Happy Birthday!!
Your RR is so depressing. I have Deepest Love as a WIP for what is it, 4 years now... and you have more of her done that I do.
I love your fabric and your idea. It's going to so pretty when it's all done.
