Inspiration - Rosewood Manor

I finished the whole top! Actually I was almost there the last time I worked on it, but it was still satisfying to complete it. Next time I think I'll work on the inner rectangle of the design and see where that leads me.

In house news, the sellers have accepted our offer on the short sale, which I guess is good news, but means absolutely nothing if the bank doesn't approve it - so we shall see. :)

I decided to participate in another Mira RR (I know, I know, but I'm not moderating this time.) so I'm working on my layout for that next.

Inspiration is lovely.

That's good news on the house, one more hurdle done.

This MiraRR will go smooth. I have commanded - therefore it will be. lol

Wow, Inspiration is looking great! I bought this chart (and fabric) myself solely because of one of your previous wip pics. :)

As for the house, best of luck with the decision!! Having projects (like you'd have on #1) is good and bad. Yes, it's a lot of work and requires some expense, but at 700 square feet larger than #2, once you get all the little stuff done, wow what a house you'd have! Whatever happens I hope it works out perfectly and smoothly! Short sales can be quick or slow, depending on where they are in the process, how many offers they've already had, and how close they are to actual foreclosure. Good luck!
